There is inquiry placed and work is finished, who does get points? Each
business that sends an offer to inquiry gets 1 point as well as
member who sent it. Business that
was doing the work gets 100 points, total 101 points including 1
point that gets from sending an offer to the inquiry.
For added
inquiry member will get 10 points, for writing feedback 10 and
for closing inquiry 1 point. Total of 21 points. If member
placed inquiry for business, business will get same number of
points as member.
